Thanks for taking the time to watch day 3 of 100 Days of BeHigherBeings! Addictions and cravings can be tough to kick because we don’t usually understand where they’re coming from. So, even though I reduced my smoking drastically to only “sometimes” in 2018, I’m taking the next step to try and fully understand what emotions are tied to these nicotine cravings.
You know when that feeling comes for that delicious nicotine and just have to have a cigarette? I’m learning that if you really want to quit… you gotta invite it in, welcome it, and show it some love, so it never comes back again! Stay Powerful! Check it out!
