Thanks for joining me on day 21 of 100 days of BeHigherBeings! We have at least three versions of “self” when making decisions… the “before self” that makes the decision. The “during self” that has to act on the decision that was made, and the self that thinks it knows it all, the “after self” or “you should’ve self”. The after self becomes the “you should’ve” self and is cocky and condescending because that’s the only part of you that has seen the outcome of what the first two have done. It’s the most critical part of our ego and the one we use to crush our self confidence and make the other two feel like they’re unworthy or stupid. It’s easy to judge when you’ve seen the end results of a decision, just like when people give you “after the fact” advice! Be aware of who you’re listening to because the “after-self” and “you should’ve” advice people, will make your first two versions of self attempt to set impossible expectations, causing us to have limiting beliefs and lack of self worth, so we continue to do less and less to enhance our lives!. We’re better than that!

Having major success with the process I used to overcome addiction and alcoholism, I realized that I have much to share. I failed repeatedly with 12 step and conventional recovery programs and knew that there had to be a better answer. I believe that recovery should NOT take an entire lifetime to complete. I wanted to find or create a process that would not only cure my addictions, but also make me a healthy human being. What I came up with is a way to change the expression of the alcoholic gene! My methods and ideas, although slightly unconventional, have proved to be far more successful than any public programs I have come across. It doesn't take a lot of money to cure yourself. It takes an open mind, some desire, and the knowledge that very soon, you will no longer struggle with addiction or alcoholism.
