I explain how hating one thing can trigger a whole sequence of emotions by association, and it’s usually about stuff we don’t have to necessarily worry about. And, when anxiety shows up, it’s usually a sign that your ego is trying to fix or change a situation and your body is trying to let you know that it’s tired of trying to alter reality, and maybe things need to be accepted for how they really are at the moment. Being okay with nearly everything and every situation, and not fighting reality so much, can help free you of the need to feel bad about feeling bad.
