I’m scared! I’m worried! I’m sad! Who knows this? If we are the knowing (the observer), how can we be the emotions the emotions as well? We’re programmed to identify with our emotions rather than observe them and let them pass, which makes releasing them much more difficult. Those feelings of worthlessness are only a collection of opinions from our environment that we’ve unconsciously chosen to identify with. Be the knowing and not the identity of the emotion.
