Spend about 30 minutes with me talking about where you would like our sessions to go (provided we were to continue), and get a few tips and insights unique to your situation based on our conversation. We’ll get to the key areas in your life that might be stopping you from living without your conscious knowledge you’re actually stopping yourself. Get your interest on learning about what you’ve been thinking about and how your old story is keeping you addicted to it. This will be eye opening so take notes.
